Laborie seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the Urology sales team, drive revenue, and ensure customer-aligned solutions. You will coach reps, develop territory strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to exceed objectives.

You’ll travel up to 75% of the time within the region, recruit and train top performers, and build relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5 years of medical sales experience
• At least 3 years in sales management
• Ability to travel 75% of time within defined territory

Responsibilities

• Achieve quota through sales team; create and execute strategies to meet/exceed objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives; allocate resources to meet sales/financial goals.
• Develop relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Create and execute strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline and share learnings with the team.
