Job summary

The Key Program, Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Director to lead clinical services in Central MA, Worcester. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold trauma-informed, family-centered care across residential and home-based programs for youth and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field, independent licensure, and several years of clinical and supervisory experience. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical field required.
• Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical services including individual, group and family therapy in both child and adolescent settings.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Part of regional management team overseeing operational, clinical, regulatory, quality assurance, and HR functions.
• Promotes mission and values with focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.
• Ensure documentation in EMR and compliance with deadlines; train staff accordingly.
• Lead clinical staff through supervision and coaching to drive performance.
• Ensure HIPAA and ethical policy adherence by staff.
