Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field is required, a Master’s degree is preferred.
• One to three years of prior experience in a residential setting working with youth.
• A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of residential program’s administration and staff training.
• Work collaboratively with external service providers for integrated care.
• Promote trauma-informed care philosophies within the program.
