Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks an Executive Director for Adolescent Services at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital (WRCH) ACCU to lead day-to-day operations for a 30-youth unit. You will guide clinical and administrative teams in a youth-centered, trauma-informed model and ensure alignment with CYF and regulatory standards.

This full-time leadership role requires licensure in relevant clinical fields, strong interpersonal and crisis-management skills, and a track record of program

Qualifications

  • Six years of full‑time or equivalent experience with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Current licensure in one or more specified clinical professions.
  • Ability to engage, supervise, coach/teach and ensure accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of patient care operations and stewardship of a resiliency-focused, trauma-informed environment.
  • Represent ACCU on WRCH leadership committees and coordinate with medical management structures.
  • Participate in budget development, monitoring, and cost-center management.
  • Ensure CYF values, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with CYF leadership networks.
  • Lead quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
