Job summary

Sonida Senior Living seeks a Regional Clinical Director (RN) to provide strategic clinical leadership across multiple assisted living and memory care communities in the region. This role is remote from South Carolina, with frequent travel.

The successful candidate will partner with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and Operations to elevate resident care, strengthen clinical performance, and develop future nursing leaders while ensuring regulatory excellence across communities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or related senior housing.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of assisted living regulations, survey readiness, and quality improvement processes.
• Experience leading clinical audits, compliance initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently by automobile and, if needed, by air.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance to multiple communities in the region.
• Drive quality outcomes, risk management, and survey readiness across communities.
• Partner with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and Operations to elevate resident care.
• Mentor and develop nursing and clinical leaders for succession and growth.
• Lead clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
