Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in senior housing, assisted living, memory care, or related settings.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing and mentoring nursing and clinical leaders.
• Strong working knowledge of assisted living regulations, survey readiness, and quality improvement processes.
• Experience leading clinical audits, compliance initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the region, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently by automobile and commercial airline.

Position Summary

The Regional Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance to assisted living and memory care communities within an assigned region. This role is responsible for supporting clinical excellence, survey readiness, quality outcomes, risk management, and leadership development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, senior housing, or post-acute care.
