Job summary
Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our senior living communities across the Southeast, with a focus on North and South Carolina. The role requires leadership across multiple campuses, driving quality of care and resident satisfaction, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong financial performance.
Travel will be frequent as you collaborate with community leaders, staff, and families to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of leadership in senior housing or hospitality.
- Valid NC and SC state licenses.
- Knowledge of state regulations, OSHA standards and fire and safety codes.
- Strong leadership and financial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact across disciplines.
- Willingness to travel regularly to assigned communities and regional office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple senior living communities.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with community leaders to meet financial and operational targets.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate community leaders and staff.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
