Job summary
El Paso Children’s Hospital is seeking an Administrative Director, Outpatient Clinic Services to provide operational and strategic leadership for the El Paso Physicians Specialist Outpatient Clinic. This role plans and directs operations, budget, and staffing to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Three year’s clinical nursing leadership experience in pediatrics or related nursing field.
- Current Texas RN License or Multistate RN License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Current PALS and ACLS or APLS required.
- Nursing Executive Leadership Certification within three years of being in position, unless attending classes to obtain a higher degree in Nursing.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or similar discipline required.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and strategic leadership for the El Paso Children’s Physicians Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
- Plan and direct operational, budgetary and personnel activities.
- Ensure the highest level of service for guests and staff and promote safe patient care and environment.
