Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a market within a clinic or outpatient urgent care setting.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of financials with a focus on patient engagement, growth, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics within the region, ensuring efficient patient flow and resource allocation.
• Manage clinical and support staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and job satisfaction.
• Partner with the regional medical director to monitor and improve the quality of care provided to patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of clinics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve complex operational problems within the clinics.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and organizational strategic plans.
