Chicago Family Health Center seeks a Regional Clinic Manager to oversee operations, staffing and performance across multiple clinics. Lead site leaders, optimize patient access, and drive quality care while managing regional budgets and KPIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Site Leads, adherence to CFHC policies, and a patient-centered, high-performing care model across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred; minimum five years in clinical/healthcare operations.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience; multi-site leadership preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems, EPIC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Directs day-to-day operations across all assigned health centers with consistent workflows.
• Owns regional patient access performance including growth, retention and visit volume.
• Leads site-level leadership and oversees front-line staff across the region.
• Analyzes financial data and presents regional operational KPIs to leadership.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, quality improvement and risk management.
• Fosters mission alignment and cross-site engagement with care teams.
