Job summary

Operations Council is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead frontline clinic teams across multiple locations in Illinois, driving operational excellence and elevating patient experience. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience leading multi-site operations in urgent care or outpatient settings.
