Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a network of clinics across multiple sites in the region. You will drive operational excellence, staff coaching, and patient experience across five clinics.

The role requires healthcare leadership experience, travel between Greenville, Tarboro, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Mount Olive, and a proven ability to manage complex operations with a patient-first focus.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with management experience required.
• CRNP or PA with leadership experience or strong interest in operations/administration.
• Masters degree in healthcare administration or related multi-site management field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of 5 clinics, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead clinic staff, coordinate schedules, monitor staffing needs.
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience.
• Be on-site leader to ensure clinic success 7 days a week.
• Drive clinic culture, accountability, and presence.
