Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager to lead five urgent care clinics across North Carolina. You will be responsible for operations, staff leadership, scheduling, inventory, and patient experience, traveling frequently between sites to ensure consistent service and compliance.

The role requires a RN with management experience or a CRNP/PA with leadership exposure, or a Master’s in healthcare administration with multi-site oversight.

Qualifications

• RN with management experience
• CRNP/PA with leadership experience
• Masters in healthcare administration or multi-site management
• Willing to travel between Greenville, Tarboro, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Mount Olive
• Able to cover 7 days a week to support clinics

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of 5 clinics including operations and policy compliance
• Lead clinic staff (MAs, NPs, PAs), coordinate schedules and staffing
• Manage inventory, hiring, coaching, and patient experience
• Be the on-site leader ensuring clinic success 7 days a week
• Drive clinic culture and accountability across sites
