Job summary

Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a facilities leader to manage maintenance, repair, and construction across five Sub-Regional Clinics. The role ensures inspections, regulatory compliance, and budget planning. Heavy travel by small plane is required several days each week.

You will supervise clinic maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors, safety, and support services to maintain safe, efficient operations for patients and staff in a remote regional health system.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills required.
• Requires on-the-spot decision making during emergencies.
• Directly supervises Sub-Regional Clinic Maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and construction activities for SRCs.
• Coordinate work with contractors on projects at SRCs.
• Implement and update preventive maintenance program.
• Identify design/construction project needs and budget accordingly.
• Coordinate with Support Services and other agencies as needed.
