Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in general maintenance, plumbing or electrical.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate safely and effectively.
• Willingness to travel to Village Clinics with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on heating, HVAC, boilers, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and travel as needed.
• Operate site equipment including boilers, HVAC, pumps and compressors.
• Support energy management and respond to requests professionally.
• Handle on-call duties and assist with planning renovations and projects.
