Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Lead to drive adoption and training for the My Versace clienteling app across the US region, working with retail and HQ teams to implement programs and grow priority customer segments. You will serve as the regional expert for clienteling workflows, coordinating initiatives across retail, digital, merchandising, and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, clienteling, retail operations, or related roles.
• Experience with clienteling apps or CRM platforms and strong technical aptitude.
• Proven ability to train and support retail teams and to manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver monthly training schedules and materials for retail teams on the clienteling app.
• Partner with retail leadership and HQ to define targeted clienteling strategies and boutique-specific action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and share best practices across regions.
• Work with project and technical teams to identify and resolve app issues and support administrative requests.
• Compile and distribute data quality and performance reports to the retail network.
