Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an Account Manager, Client & Workplace Experience in Newport Beach, CA. This operations leader will articulate a clear vision for delivering white-glove services across workplace, hospitality, facilities, and client experience operations.

You will lead a team of ~9 employees, manage staffing and development, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery, cost-to-serve models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of workplace services, hospitality, office services, or related operational leadership experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong client service, leadership, communication, organizational, financial judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site workplace services operations with a focus on delivering white-glove service and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary regional client partner for service, operations, workforce, and workplace needs.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, training, and workforce planning across locations.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
