Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. seeks a Client Services Regional Coordinator for the San Gabriel Valley.

The role provides hands-on leadership, supporting three Community Center Coordinators and coordinating programs delivering emergency food, rental and utility assistance, case management, referrals, advocacy, and other services to communities in need. The successful candidate will coach a team, manage resources, build partnerships, and ensure compassionate, consistent services across

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of supervisor experience.
• Experience with state, county, city program contracts.
• Experience assisting with policies and procedures.
• Basic accounting and budget preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and train assigned personnel and volunteers.
• Allocate funds for emergency assistance (food, shelter, clothing, rent, transportation, medical).
• Assist regional director in planning and implementing new service delivery methods.
• Provide direct case management to clients.
• Provide information, referrals, and advocacy.
• Administer programs and coordinate services across satellite offices.
• Monitor daily expenditures and approve financial transactions.
• Provide consultation to staff and partners.
• Plan and implement staff development programs.
• Maintain and improve office procedures.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
• Perform related duties as required.
