Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. (CCLA) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support grant strategy, compliance, and development initiatives in the San Pedro Region.

This role provides leadership in the absence of the Director and oversees multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services. The position requires hands-on leadership across multiple programs, with emphasis on organization, written communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced regional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs and services across a region.
• Experience supervising staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Strong writing, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and department operations across the San Pedro Region.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for program staff when applicable.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, funder, and agency standards.
• Oversee data collection, reporting to funders, and program outcomes.
• Monitor program requirements and contract performance; ensure audit readiness.
