Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, and ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance.
• Identify patterns across offices and address performance gaps.
• Own revenue, growth, and operating performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, labor, and compliance.
• Own office readiness including facilities and seasonal demand prep.
