Job summary

H&R Block, a leader in tax services, seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience with strong team performance. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue and client retention across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, client interactions, and performance.
• Identify patterns across offices, proactively address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
