Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent, high‑quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensure staffing and readiness, and travel between offices to maintain an in‑person leadership presence while aligning local results with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to travel frequently in‑day, with minimal overnight travel, between offices to maintain presence across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in the office.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching performance.
• Own office readiness and day‑to‑day operations including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve results and client retention.
