You will ensure service excellence through standardized execution, performance management, and continuous improvement while partnering with operations, production, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in commercial janitorial services.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional cleaning operations across multiple facility types.
• Ensure alignment to SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Coach supervisors and vendor partners to ensure program consistency.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to anticipate needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive data-driven service improvements and customer engagement.
