Clean Team Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple client locations in the Akron/Cleveland area.

The role focuses on leadership of onsite teams, maintaining client relationships, ensuring service quality, and driving performance to meet contractual and financial goals. The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience in janitorial or facility services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at multiple locations, ensuring services meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; conduct evaluations and address performance concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients; build relationships and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to client requests, complaints, and operational challenges with timely solutions.
• Coordinate staffing with leadership and branch staffing coordinator; support employee engagement and retention.
• Monitor labor, supplies, and expenses to ensure contracts stay within budget.
• Ensure teams have the equipment and resources needed to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and encourage adoption of digital tools.
