Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations across the Greater Toledo, OH area. This on-site role involves leading site teams, monitoring service quality, and coordinating daily priorities.

You will support site leads, manage staffing needs, and ensure consistent, dependable cleaning services for multiple facilities, traveling as required to meet operational demands.

Formación

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility operations, or team supervision.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple locations and shift schedules.
• Strong judgment, follow-through, and ownership of responsibilities.
• Willing to travel between assigned customer locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned customer locations to monitor cleaning quality and site conditions.
• Support, coach, and provide direction to site leads and cleaning team members.
• Help coordinate employee coverage, schedules, and operational priorities.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and concerns.
• Follow up on cleaning deficiencies and help implement practical solutions.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and performance expectations.
• Monitor supplies, equipment needs, and adherence to established cleaning procedures.
• Keep company leadership informed about staffing challenges, customer feedback, and operational developments.
