Job summary

Clean Harbors in Lexington, SC is seeking a Regional Class A Tanker Driver to join a safety-conscious team. The route covers multiple states with weekly home time. Expect a competitive annual earnings between six figures and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

You will operate tractor-trailer tanker units, handle hazardous and non-hazardous loads, and maintain logs and inspections while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience and 3 months tanker experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and climb when needed.
• Willing to operate regionally with regular home time.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety, follow all safe-work practices and policies.
• Operate tractor-trailer tanker units as assigned.
• Manage weights and proper utilization of equipment.
• Load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste safely and securely.
• Secure loads and comply with DOT and company placarding requirements.
• Maintain logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.
