Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in the continental United States specializes in expedited freight transportation. We rely on drivers to move dry van freight with 100% no-touch delivery, offering consistent miles and year-round freight.

This role features weekly pay from $1,100 to $1,400, plus mileage pay, detention and breakdown pay, and a generous 401(k) match. Home time is weekly with resets, typically 5–5.5 days out, and newer equipment from trusted manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.

Job description

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,400 per week
• Mileage Pay: CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional Pay: Detention and breakdown pay ($20 per hour)
• Retirement: Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5-5.5 days out)
• Reset Duration: 34-48 hour reset at home
• Predictability: Consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van freight
• Touch Level: 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & Hook: Approximately 70% drop & hook (with some live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)
