Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates, to join the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers will complete paid OTR training with a trainer before operating solo.

Compensation includes weekly pay, a per-mile pay scale after training, training pay for 4–6 weeks, a monthly safety bonus, and full benefits after 30 days. Orientation is paid, with day or night shifts as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate primarily no-touch dry van with occasional live load/unload.
• Average ~2,300 miles per week.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• One paid orientation day at the nearest terminal.
• Day or night driving as assigned.
