Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers will complete paid OTR training with a trainer before operating solo. Pay includes weekly earnings during training and per-mile rates after, with full benefits after 30 days.

Region covers 14 Western states west of the Mississippi, with home time every two weeks and a 34-hour reset. Training pay and sign-on bonuses vary by tenure and experience, and safety is emphasized throughout orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• No major accidents or major citations in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• 10-year employment history with limited gaps; recent work within last year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate across 14 Western regional lanes, with regional trips.
• Complete paid OTR training with a trainer before solo operation.
• Meet safety and performance standards for all miles driven.
• Join a team with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.
• Participate in orientation and onboarding as part of start.
