Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain) and clear background check.
• Minimum 30 months (2.5 years) experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to relocate within 250 miles by 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes and priorities with the team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs following DOT/state/company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Run optimized routes while following traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on-time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism in every mile.
