Job description

This dedicated regional opening is designed for commercial drivers who want consistent lane mileage and straightforward weekly pay without team requirements. The position focuses on predictable western routes with clear financial structures and upfront training compensation.

Weekly Pay & Rates

• Flat rate earnings: $1,100 to $1,200 per week base range
• Mileage guarantee: $0.50 CPM locked in for your first 6 months of driving
• Target volume: 2,100 to 2,400 miles on average each week
• Orientation pay: $800.00 flat rate during your initial training period
• Extra stops: $15.00 for every stop, excluding your first and last drop
• Bonus program: Regular safety and driver performance incentive evaluations
• Short haul work: Unload and short run pay scaled to standard company rates

Run Details & Scheduling

• Freight handling: Dedicated accounts utilizing Preload, Drop & Hook, Live Load, and Live Unload
• Service area: Reliable regional routes across western states
• Time off: Stable routing that guarantees home time every 2 to 3 weeks
• Shift patterns: Continuous operation requiring both day and night driving rotations
• Calendar expectations: Weekend and holiday dispatches are part of the regular schedule

Driver Requirements

• Licensing: Current and valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Career stage: Open to Trainees, First Seat drivers, and applicants with 1+ year of experience
• Independent operators: Owner-Operators are eligible to place trucks on this run
• Special certs: No hazmat, tanker, or doubles endorsements needed to start
• Hiring zone: Must live within the designated radius of the regional network hub
