Job summary

Join Walmart's private fleet as a Class A CDL driver. You will plan daily routes, communicate with the team, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while maintaining truck readiness.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement required or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum 30 months of full-time Class A tractor/trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or relocate within 250 miles within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan your day and priorities with the team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs following DOT and company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect before, during, and after trips.
• Execute optimized routes while obeying traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on-time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards mile after mile.
