Job summary

Walmart is seeking CDL drivers for its private fleet to deliver value beyond freight by moving lives forward. You’ll earn competitive pay, have predictable schedules, and operate modern equipment with a focus on safety and integrity.

Regional routes offer weekly home time and benefits from day one, including PTO and health coverage. You will drive Class A tractors with Hazmat endorsement requirements and a strong safety record, plan routes, complete logs, and maintain equipment while meeting DOT

Qualifications

• Interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum 30 months of full‑time Class A tractor/trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Live within 250 miles of the assigned Walmart facility or willing to relocate within 250 miles in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism every mile.
• Plan days, set priorities, and coordinate with team to move freight on time.
• Handle paperwork and logs in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect vehicle before/after trips.
• Follow traffic laws to optimize routes and improve on‑time delivery.
