Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Regional OTR Truck Driver to join our Walmart Private Fleet in Tobyhanna, PA. This full-time role offers weekly home time and a competitive path to earnings, with up to $110,000 gross in the first year and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and plan routes to deliver on-time. Experience with hazmat endorsements and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.
• Minimum of 30 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years (36 months).
• No more than two moving violations in the last three (3) years while operating a vehicle.
• No serious traffic violations in the last three (3) years.
• No preventable accidents in the last three (3) years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last ten (10) years.
• No preventable accident resulting in fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism standards every mile.
• Plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle all required paperwork and electronic logs and follow DOT, state, and company guidelines.
• Safely operate your tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip.
• Run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions to reduce delays and improve on-time delivery.
