Job summary

Walmart in Pottsville, PA is seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver for our private fleet. You will safely operate tractor-trailers, plan routes, and maintain logs and required paperwork in compliance with DOT rules.

We offer competitive pay up to $110,000 in the first year, weekly home time, benefits from day one, and PTO. Eligible drivers also gain a 401(k) match, stock purchase program, and driver-specific bonuses.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement or able to obtain within 120 days.
• Minimum 30 months experience in the last 3 years in a Class A role.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years; no serious violations.
• No preventable accidents or DOT recordable incidents in the last 10 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the Pottsville, PA facility or willing to relocate within 250 miles.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart's safety, integrity, and professionalism every mile.
• Plan your day, set priorities, and keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs per DOT/state/company rules.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect before, during, after trips.
• Run optimized routes following traffic laws to improve on-time delivery.
