What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage the assignment of claims to staff and provide ongoing guidance through effective diary management
2. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of claim activity

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of three years of work experience in an insurance-related industry
2. Extensive knowledge of workers' compensation regulations, insurance contracts, and adjusting techniques
3. Previous supervisory experience
4. Familiarity with medical terminology
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Chartered Property Casualty Insurance (CPCU); Associate in Claims (AIC) designation or similar professional designation desired
