Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader. This role involves leading Lean Manufacturing implementation across multiple sites. The successful candidate will develop training content and mentor local teams to enhance Lean capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in plastics.
• In-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools.
• Proven experience in launching a Lean culture in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver LSS training content for local teams.
• Support project and process improvement for plant operations.
