Qualifications

• Commercial and strategic mindset; partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Deep HC expertise across talent acquisition, development, compensation, and culture.
• Ability to design AI-enabled workforce strategies and governance.
• Experience managing executive lifecycle, succession, and leadership pipelines.
• Data-driven approach and comfort with analytics for decision making.
• Professional services background and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a regional people strategy aligned to business objectives and AI impact.
• Shape an AI-enabled HC operating model and governance around people decisions.
• Lead Talent Management and recruiting teams to cover all regions.
• Oversee budgeting, strategic planning, and HC operations.
• Act as trusted partner to regional leadership and external employer brand.
