Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks a Regional Chief People Officer for the Americas, based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking regional people strategy aligned to business objectives and AI impact.
• Shape an AI-enabled HC operating model with governance for AI use in people decisions.
• Lead regional talent management and recruiting for consulting, specialists, and staff.
• Steward leadership pipeline, succession planning, and executive development across the region.
• Oversee a multi‑million‑dollar HC budget and annual planning process.
• Represent Oliver Wyman externally to strengthen employer brand.
