Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Clinical licensure (LSW/LCSW or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in child welfare, kinship care, foster care, or family services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day executive leadership for regional programs, services, and operations.
• Translate the agency's strategic plan into regional goals, work plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor program performance data and lead continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Oversee regional staffing, budgeting, facilities, and technology needs.
• Represent the agency with county partners, courts, and the community.
