Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in psychology, human services, social work, or counseling; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in human services or residential services for individuals with disabilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in child welfare or therapeutic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of assigned service site(s) ensuring quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise program staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate staff training, ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Manage budgets and labor hours to stay within financial guidelines.
• Recruit and participate in hiring decisions for assigned locations.
