Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a Regional Chef to oversee culinary operations for Live Nation amphitheaters in the West region. You will train hourly staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive high culinary standards across multiple venues.

The role requires travel to units across several states, overseeing menu planning, food cost controls, and staff development. Remote work logistics with frequent venue travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Good written and verbal managerial communication and customer service skills.
• Must be flexible to travel to units in several states and work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification mentioned as requirement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance and effectiveness of the HACCP program.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Legends Culinary Programs, Build Sheets and Specifications.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to achieve culinary operational excellence.
• Provide support for events as needed.
• Assess food production and quality standards accurately.
• Train others to achieve high culinary standards.
• Gain respect and credibility to influence operations personnel and enforce standards.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Identify and correct problems in operations and ensure high menu planning for events and VIP operations.
• Develop culinary knowledge and support others to improve skills and performance.
• Manage multiple properties and projects.
