Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Regional Chef to provide training and support to nonprofit groups and hourly staff at ten Live Nation amphitheaters in the West region. You will ensure food quality, presentation, sanitation, and implement standards to improve culinary offerings across assigned venues.

The role requires travel across multiple states, managing venues, training staff, and upholding high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment. Remote work with extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts program or an apprenticeship certification (ACF).
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal managerial communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; quick learner of new programs/procedures.
• Willingness to travel between multiple states and work extended hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• ServSafe Certification; International Food Safety Council credentials.
• Compassionate, consistent, and fair toward employees and the company.
• Aptitude for strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Willing to support team members and venues with hands-on culinary operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety program effectiveness.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Legends Culinary Programs and specifications.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to achieve culinary operational excellence.
• Provide support for events as needed.
• Assess food production and quality to meet high culinary standards.
• Train others to achieve top culinary standards across venues.
• Build credibility with operations personnel and enforce standards.
• Communicate effectively; manage internal relationships.
