Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Regional Chef to oversee culinary operations across ten Live Nation amphitheaters in the West region. You will train non-profit groups and hourly staff, uphold food quality and sanitation, and drive culinary standards across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include HACCP compliance, menu planning, and supporting events while mentoring teams to elevate offerings. Remote role with travel; location within driving distance of supported venues is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship with the American Culinary Federation.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills.
• Strong written and verbal managerial communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple states and work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP program compliance and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Legends Culinary Programs, Build Sheets and Specifications.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to achieve culinary operational excellence.
• Provide support for events as needed.
• Assess food production and quality standards to meet high culinary standards.
• Train others to achieve culinary excellence and maintain credibility with operations staff.
