Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Regional Chef to train and support Legends’ non-profit groups and hourly staff at ten Live Nation amphitheaters in the West region. You will assure food quality, presentation, and sanitation while helping implement standards across venues.

The role requires HACCP expertise, menu planning, and leadership to elevate culinary offerings. Travel across multiple states, coaching staff and coordinating with regional managers to sustain top culinary operations and guest

Qualifications

• Degree or culinary certification from an accredited institute or apprenticeship.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills.
• Good written and verbal managerial communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized with ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Must be flexible to travel to several states and work extended hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• ServSafe Certification, International Food Safety Council.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP compliance and effectiveness of the food safety program.
• Develop and implement Legends Culinary Programs, Build Sheets and Specifications.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to achieve culinary operational excellence.
• Provide event support as needed and travel to venues.
• Assess food production and quality standards accurately.
• Train staff to meet high culinary standards and enforce compliance.
• Manage multiple properties and projects.
