Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary program development and rollout within a designated territory. You will guide and support leadership teams in planning, implementing, and evaluating innovative dishes and standards.

This role emphasizes cost management, facility design input, and culinary excellence across locations. The position drives training, mentoring, and monitoring culinary teams, ensuring adherence to Core Culinary Standards and regulatory guidelines while

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive food service production management experience.
• Serv-Safe Certification.
• Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition Software.

Responsibilities

• Orientates new Chefs within Core Culinary Standards and established programs.
• Maintains Culinary Programs and Standards at the home account to a high level.
• Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs within the Territory.
• Trains, coaches, and develops Culinary personnel within assigned territory.
• Completes required reports and Core Culinary Reviews in a timely manner.
