Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking a Regional Chef for Texas Live!/Corporate Catering in Arlington, TX. This role oversees culinary operations across multiple high-volume catering venues, standardizing menus, ensuring quality and consistency, and growing the culinary team.

You will partner with senior culinary leadership, manage BOH systems, and drive cost controls while supporting large private events and openings. Some travel to vertical locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef or Senior Culinary Manager, preferably in multi-location or regional capacity.
• Background in high-volume catering and events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leadership on recipe R&D, including LTOs and new menus.
• Standardize recipes and food presentation across locations.
• Maintain recipe databases and support large private events and catering.
• Create and manage BOH systems and control food COGS and labor costs.
• Train BOH teams and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Travel regularly to locations to train, mentor, and audit operations.
