Job summary

Design Cuisine, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced Regional Catering Sales Manager in Arlington, VA. You will lead sales and logistics for on-site events, build client relationships, and drive revenue across multiple accounts while ensuring brand standards and profitability.

You will collaborate with operations to execute high-quality events, manage contracts, and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage/catering or venue operation within a hotel, cultural institution, or premier catering company.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in high-volume catering.
• Experience in corporate business environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to establish account and venue sales objectives, develop annual sales plans, and track performance against departmental KPIs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring high service and responsiveness from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Conduct all sales functions including inquiries, discovery calls, proposals, contracts, and payments while following SOPs.
• Utilize catering software to create and price client proposals, covering menu, beverages, staff, and equipment rental.
• Ensure contracts, event orders, and financial documentation are accurate and compliant with policies.
