Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of leadership experience in finance, healthcare administration, or strategy within complex organizations.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operating model for the System Finance function and establish governance.
• Coordinate priorities across Finance functions to align with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the System CFO.
• Lead special projects and executive initiatives for the System CFO.
• Translate strategic vision into executable initiatives and monitor outcomes.
