ruralMED in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Finance to provide CFO-level financial leadership, strategic oversight, and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial controls. You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen financial performance and long-term sustainability while managing GAAP-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; master's preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial credential preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience; healthcare finance preferred.
• Ability to advise executive teams and translate financial information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO-level financial leadership and strategic guidance to executive leadership.
• Lead GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and debt obligations.
• Coordinate annual audits and external reviews; liaise with auditors.
• Develop and oversee annual operating and capital budgets and long-range plans.
• Improve internal controls and finance systems for accuracy and efficiency.
